We had a team meeting for my group last night (Go Stamp It Sisters) and I had so much fun! We swapped, talked shop, shared new projects & products, and stamped!
Here is my swap. It features the Into the Woods designer paper and cardstock, Acorny Thank You stamp & punch, and the Woodland Textured Impressions embossing folder. I used the 2 1/2" circle punch to cut the flowered circle out of the dsp.
I always like to make a snack for everyone at my meetings, so this time I made a Pumpkin Dump Cake - super easy but oh so delicious! With a dollop of whipped cream, so yummy. I think it tastes even better the next morning!
Here's the recipe (found on Pinterest from www.thefirstyearblog.com):
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
- 1 can (10 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F.
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, brown sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until combined.
- Pour this mixture into the buttered pan.
- Sprinkle the cake mix powder on top of the batter as evenly as possible.
- Sprinkle the pecans evenly over the batter.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are browned and the center is set. A knife inserted in the middle should come out clean.
